About Jay Shaffer

Jay Shaffer is VP of Marketing at PowerReviews, where he educates online retailers about its Customer Reviews Solution and promotes Buzzillions.com, its performance-based shopping research portal.

He discovered his passion for and commitment to the online customer experience at the very first internet company he worked for in 2000. Since then he has become a champion for the online consumer and is widely recognized as a “chief customer advocate” because of his customer-centric approach to online retail. Jay is a frequently a featured speaker at national online retail conferences.

Previously, Jay was VP of Marketing for Directly Home and VP of Customer Experience for Wine.com. He also served at Ofoto, Inc. as their Director of Customer Acquisition. Jay is a graduate of California State University, Fullerton.
